Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the Philippines only.
Metro Manila & Nearby Cities
All orders will be shipped via Lalamove, regardless of order value, for faster and more convenient delivery.
Provincial Deliveries (Outside Metro Manila)
Orders valued at less than ₱3,500 will be shipped via J&T Express.
Orders valued at ₱3,500 to ₱4,999 may be shipped via either J&T Express or LBC Express, at the buyer's choice.
If J&T Express is selected, please note that shipment coverage is limited to ₱3,500. Any loss or damage exceeding this amount will not be covered, and we will not be responsible for the difference. For this reason, we strongly recommend LBC Express for higher-value orders.
Orders valued at ₱5,000 and above will be shipped via LBC Express to ensure adequate shipment coverage and protection.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are booked for shipment within two (2) business days after payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are payable directly to the courier upon delivery, where applicable.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking details once their order has been shipped.
We reserve the right to adjust the shipping method when necessary to ensure the safest and most reliable delivery of your order.
